Gregory H. Stappas
Gregory H. Stappas oversees day-to-day operations at Bookkeeping Management Administration, Neshanic Station, N.J. Greg is passionate about his company's mission: To help businesses become more successful by taking care of bookkeeping and payroll details that can sometimes fall through the cracks.

In the case of a start-up or even established business, careful attention to detail can mean the difference between success or failure. As one of Bookkeeping Management Administration's principals and a certified professional advisor for QuickBooks, the bookkeeping software program used most frequently in the U.S. today, Greg is adept at finding administrative errors in his clients bookkeeping entry methods. By identifying these problems, he says, Bookkeeping Administration Management is able to lay the groundwork for a simplified but targeted system that puts the firm's books "back on track."

A graduate of Bryant University, Smithfield, RI, Stappas received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1997. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) and the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers (NACPB).

Stappas, his wife, Susana, and their daughter, Isabella, live in Cranford, New Jersey.

Paul G. Stappas
Paul G. Stappas, co-founder of Bookkeeping Management Administration , Neshanic Station, N.J., is an expert in successful small business practices. A strategic planning consultant for small to medium-sized businesses and himself the former owner of a small business, Stappas created his services firm after seeing businesses fail for want of good bookkeeping practices and payroll practices.

Stappas is a 1964 graduate of Bradley University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with concentrations in business and finance. For the past 30 years, he has worked as a small business planning consultant, first at the Ford Financial Group and, most recently, at Lee-Nolan Associates LLC, Fort Lee, N.J.

Over the years, Paul's business planning experience has enabled numerous small businesses to reach their full potential.  To achieve success, most companies will eventually need to improve cash flow, reduce taxes, obtain financing, lower overhead and, manage growth. This, says Stappas, can be done when basic bookkeeping and payroll systems are correctly established.

A frequent lecturer on the subject of best bookkeeping practices and a no-nonsense lecturer on how to keep a small business running and profitable, he is the author of The Stappas Perspective, a newsletter that offers bookkeeping tips and strategic planning advice for a national audience.

An active supporter of the AHEPA Cancer Research Foundation, Stappas lives in Branchburg, N.J. His son, Gregory Stappas, is his business partner.
